Terms of Service

Last updated 27 June 2026

1. Who we are

Brigada (“Brigada”, “we”, “us”) provides a software service that helps hospitality businesses track their finances and operations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Subscriptions & payment

New accounts start with a free trial (currently 30 days) — no card required. When the trial ends, access is paused until you subscribe; the data you entered is kept safe and is restored in full when you do. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with reasonable notice. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend access for non-payment.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into Brigada. You grant us permission to process it to provide and improve the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to share any data you enter, including information about staff.

5. AI features

Brigada uses artificial intelligence to read documents, draft figures and answer questions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and is provided for guidance only — it is not professional financial, tax or legal advice. Always review figures before relying on them. Fair-use limits may apply to AI features.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break security or access other customers’ data, no uploading of malicious code, and no reselling of the service without our written permission.

7. Availability

We work to keep Brigada available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the service or its AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Brigada and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us at ahmed.rasooli@outlook.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
